Production Management:

Now its time for you to relax and wait for the order at your door step. At EZ Custom Boxes we have a team of experts working day and night to add value in your packaging printing.

Your job will pass through different phases at our warehouse under the supervision of our trained and skilled labor to ensure the premium quality packaging.

Phase 1:

Your file is inspected by our lead designer at production end who makes sure the artwork is free from any error. The final Job Plan is designed and the file is sent for CTP Plates making. Your job is inspected during printing multiple times for accuracy and to enhance the printing quality.

Phase 2:

As per your order specs we start laminating your job which is selected during your ordering process.

Phase 3:

Multiple add ons are added after the job is laminated which may include the foil stamping, Embossing or Spot UV.

Phase 4:

Final Diecutting is processed on the job to cut it down to its final shape.

Phase 5:

Pasting process is the last step in your packaging printing.

Phase 6:

Your finished product is sent for inspection by our trained QC staff.

Errors & Omissions:

As printing process involves multiple processes sometimes as per the job nature more than 7 to 8 processes are applied. As your job is briefly inspected after every phase so we always make sure every next step included in your job is up to the mark.
