Once you finalize the artwork with us which includes 2d & 3d view along with die lines we produce a Digitally printed prototype which resembles to your actual product on request.

Why Do You Need a Prototype?

Normally customers once involved with the design process are already aware of the final results. However still in few cases a prototype is required incase it needs to be presented to investor or your internal management for final approval.

Choose your Packaging Wisely:

 On other hand customers do request the prototype with different variance of their custom made boxes. Let’s say buyer a is interested in a pvc packaging for the product to be displayed. Buyer b is interested in a corrugated carton for the product to be shipped out. Buyer c requires the same product to put up or hang them on shelves. Always make sure the end usage of your packaging where it is going to be.

Things To Consider:

While creating a prototype as per the nature of the job we try to build one by using the same setup which will be used in actual production. However it is to be considered that creating a prototype will require us to setup the complete process for production which may involve printing , laminating, die making to cutting and pasting of the box. Along with this there is a complete cost associated with your proto type.

Non-Printed Prototype:

We always make sure that along with artwork the dieline of the box created during designing process is 100% accurate. If the box is designed in a unique manner as like normally in child resistant packaging we create a non printed box to make sure no such technical error exist in the box die.
